License

Ingenious Digital LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CallCue for personal or business purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Sublicense or sell access to the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use CallCue, including all outreach activity conducted through the app. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain proper consent before contacting individuals
• Not use the app for spam, harassment, or unsolicited contact

Contact & Telemarketing Compliance

If you use CallCue for business outreach, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable telemarketing and communication laws, including but not limited to:

• TCPA — Telephone Consumer Protection Act (US)
• GDPR — General Data Protection Regulation (EU)
• CCPA — California Consumer Privacy Act

CallCue provides tools for managing outreach — compliance with the laws governing that outreach is your responsibility.

Data & Privacy

CallCue stores all data locally on your device with AES-256 encryption. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CallCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenious Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CallCue, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through the app stores.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
