Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
Overview
CallCue is a privacy-first mobile application. We designed CallCue with a simple principle: your data stays on your device. We do not operate servers, collect telemetry, or have any mechanism to access your information.
Data Collection
We collect nothing. CallCue operates entirely offline. We do not:
- Collect personal information
- Transmit data to external servers
- Use analytics or tracking services
- Serve advertisements
- Require account creation
- Sync data to the cloud
Data Storage
All data you enter into CallCue—including contacts, call notes, and campaign information—is stored locally on your device using SQLCipher with AES-256 encryption. This means:
- Your data is encrypted at rest
- Your data never leaves your device
- Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data
Permissions
CallCue requests the following device permissions:
- Contacts (Read) — To import contacts from your phone book. This data stays on your device and is encrypted.
- Phone — To initiate calls directly from the app. We do not access call logs or call history.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data because we do not collect any data. There are no third-party integrations, no cloud services, and no external APIs that receive your information.
Data Retention & Deletion
You have complete control over your data at all times. To delete all CallCue data:
- Clear app data in your device settings
- Uninstall the app
Neither action requires contacting us. Everything is local to your device.
Children's Privacy
CallCue does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data whatsoever, our app is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how CallCue handles data (which would require adding internet connectivity), we will update this policy and notify users through the app stores.
