Account Deletion

ZeroInbox is designed with privacy in mind. We do not store your personal data on our servers — all app data is kept locally on your device.

How to Delete Your Data

In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to clear all locally cached data from your device.

Alternative: Simply uninstall the app to remove all ZeroInbox data.

What This Means

  • No server-side data storage — Your email metadata, gamification progress, and preferences exist only on your device
  • OAuth is scope-limited — Google Sign-In is used solely to access the Gmail API for scanning subscriptions and sending unsubscribe requests. We do not retain or store any OAuth tokens or Google account data

Revoke Gmail Access

If you'd like to remove ZeroInbox's access to your Gmail account:

  1. Visit Google Account Security Settings
  2. Find ZeroInbox in your connected apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"
