ZeroChat is open-source software. The source code is available under its published license terms. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the compiled application on devices you own or control. You may not:

• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute modified versions of the compiled application under the ZeroChat name without permission
• Sublicense or sell access to the compiled application

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use ZeroChat, including all content generated through the app. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with the terms of service of any LLM provider you connect
• Not use the app to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Keep your API keys secure and not share them with unauthorized parties

Third-Party Services

ZeroChat connects to external LLM providers and MCP tool servers only when you explicitly configure them. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

• You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API keys
• Ingenious Digital LLC is not liable for the behavior, availability, or data handling of third-party providers
• If you use a local model (e.g., Ollama), no third-party terms apply

Data & Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties

ZeroChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on ZeroChat for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenious Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ZeroChat, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
