NexusDialer is an enterprise contact center application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address and name (via Google SSO or email login)
  • Authentication tokens managed by Clerk (our authentication provider)

Contacts

  • With your permission, NexusDialer accesses your device contacts to power the contact directory feature. Contact data is used locally and synced to your organization's NexusDialer server for CRM purposes.

Usage Data

  • Call activity, campaign interactions, and disposition records within your organization's NexusDialer instance
  • Device type and OS version for compatibility purposes

Push Notifications

  • Device push notification tokens to deliver assignment and call notifications

How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
  • Display and manage your organization's campaigns, contacts, and call data
  • Deliver push notifications for call assignments and updates
  • Sync data between your device and your organization's server
  • Improve app performance and reliability

Data Storage & Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/WSS (encrypted in transit)
  • Authentication is handled by Clerk, a SOC 2 compliant provider
  • Sensitive tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain/Keystore)
  • Call and campaign data is stored on your organization's NexusDialer server
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

Data Sharing

Your data is only accessible to:

  • Your organization's NexusDialer administrators
  • Clerk (authentication provider) for session management
  • No data is sold to or shared with advertisers or third parties

Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Revoke contact access permissions at any time via device settings
  • Disable push notifications via device settings

Children's Privacy

NexusDialer is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
